Hi, I’m Haily! Brain dump. I typically try a bunch of things at once and get genuinely annoyed if I am only doing one — I love the juggle — while also being in serious, dire need of touching grass. Ever since I started working full time, that curious part of me sanded down. I am crawling back to that version of myself. This is how I distill what I read and synthesize it into knowledge that is supposed to become mine.

I am a big fan of: don’t assume you are the smartest in the room. Prove it. I hope we are actually solving the problem — not arguing, for hours, about the theoretically best way, while the problem sits there unsolved. I still fire opinions with almost no receipts. Exhibit A. If I really like you as a friend, I will put trivial money on a ridiculous bet. I stay convicted. I want a future where the thing I believe gets stress-tested, constantly, and does not get a free pass because I like it.
